The individual ancestry was estimated from single nucleotide polymorphism molecular markers (SNP) to detect the shared allele frequencies in the number of underlying populations for bread wheat. The optimal number of populations (cluster) was estimated, based on the agro-climate zones (ACZ) classification and our previous knowledge of the germplasm. The proportion of the allele frequencies […]

InnoVar first year meeting took place in October 21-23. The meeting, which was scheduled to take place in Bologna, was eventually held online due to the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We’d love to seed a whole camp of stakeholders that could grow together, sharing knowledge and experience about variety testing! So, come and join us!
Trials have been planned in 18 locations across 11 countries, covering core VCU, drought, organic, durum, and DUS trials. These trial locations have been divided into 5 agro-climatic zones.
InnoVar turns one this month!
The countdown is on! In two weeks we’ll have our online annual conference.
